Inflight Services Manager

Job Description

  1. Implement the organizational and department goals and align the base Crew Performance team to deliver the desired results and collectively achieve the company goals
  2. He/ She is an inspiring leader and a role model responsible for Developing, Leading and implementing strategies in Cabin Crew performance and also for their respective team members
  3. Design effective strategies in planning effective team utilization and drive Crew and team productivity
  4. Drive valid Performance Annexure card for all cabin crew and have an action plan for crew coverage
  5. Manage, supervise and organize the Base Performance team duties in order to increase Crew productivity with Base and also for the department
  6. Conduct/Attend meetings to discuss/delegate the day-to-day business tasks within the Performance vertical at each base
  7. Monitor and review Crew Assessments by Performance verticals at Base that includes measures, standards and desired results
  8. To provide continuous coaching and developmental feedback to the performance vertical team at the Base and also to the Cabin Crew
  9. Ensure effective investigation and closure with regards to Crew Behaviour, SOP deviations and all the attributes which contribute to a Cabin Crew in good standing
  10. Liaise with all departments in IFS and all relevant partner departments and practice collaborative thinking to drive strategies and projects
  11. Drive performance based platforms like PEP, Grooming and Behavior Management system
  12. Be part of cross functional delegations and take up new responsibilities
  13. Team development and enhancing their skillset as desired and introduced new learning initiatives
  14. Foster self-learning attitude and show efforts in enhancing self-skillset

Experience

1. Minimum of Twelve years of flying or overall experience, out of which minimum of five years in

a supervisory role and two year in a similar role (Cumulative) Or

2. Seven years in a similar role from other Airlines
