Principal Accountabilities (A)

Technical Management

Understands requirements

Understands and interprets the technical requirements as per the project specification and checklists

Ensures to have awareness of local and international standards as well as those required by the customer

Keeps abreast of the technical skills/knowledge required for the role and shares knowledge with the team. Provides input to enhance team productivity

Responsible to contribute to presentation, demonstration to the potential customers and to publish technical papers under the guidance of Project Lead/Project Manager

 

Technical solution generation

Responsible to analyse the issues/challenges in day-to-day tasks and propose/support development of solutions in consultation with Project Lead/Project Manager

Accountable to provide error free deliverables to agreed specifications, within the assigned time/effort estimated/ planned

Responsible to identify opportunities to create new concepts/solutions, optimizing existing features in area of work and consult Project Lead/Project Manager for implementing the same

 

Project Management

Project planning and execution

Responsible to manage, maintain and monitor the assigned project task according to stipulated standards, practices and milestones. Contributes towards preparing project execution guidelines

Ensures proper communication/escalation to Project Lead/Project Manager where required (e.g. scope change, dependency, risks)

 

Project review and reporting

Accountable to participate in peer reviews as required by the company/customer policy

Responsible for timely and prompt progress reporting to Project Lead/Project Manager as per project plan

 

Risk identification

Ensures proper communication with customer to avoid issue escalation as and when required in consultation with Project Lead/Project Manager

Responsible to conduct RCA, manage and mitigate/triage the risks/issues in consultation with Project Lead/Project Manager

Process/Productivity improvement

Contributes to best practices, lessons learnt and knowledge management. Assists implementing them in team for productivity improvement

Responsible to understand, meet quality standards as required by QMS/project

  • Creation of software requirements, Design and implementation of software modules ( Model based & Manual,Coding)

• Functional verification of software modules

• Analysis of issues raised either during testing campaigns or in-service usage

• Experience in full software development life cycle encompassing Software requirements Definition,  

    Dynamic & Static Design, Coding and verification activities.

• Embedded software requirements engineering and Architecture (Static and Dynamic)

• Design and development (model based design, interfaces, algorithm)

• Embedded C Programming

• Integration testing (host & target environment)
