|Key Requirement for the Position||To carry out training for Cabin crew as well as Airport services staff.|
|Job Description||1. Ab-initio cabin crew service training design and delivery.|
2. Cabin crew training on cabin service & customer service (Refresher).
3. Customer service training for Airport Services staff.
4. Builds uniform Customer service culture across the organization through training and awareness programs.
5. Carriers out periodic audits on ground as well as Inflight service to evaluate consistency of customer service delivery.
6. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
